Ingredients:
• 500 g Lamb Neck Fillet (cut into cubes)
• 4 Onions (sliced)
• 2 tbsp Oil
• 5 cups Yoghurt
• 2 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
• 1 tsp Dried Mint
• 1 tbsp Butter
• 2 tbsp Corn Flour (mixed with 2 tbsp of water)
• 1 Egg (beaten)
• A pinch of Mixed Spices
• Salt
• 2 cups Water

How to make Laban Immo:
• Place a saucepan on fire and heat oil.
• Add onions and fry until soft.
• Add lamb cubes and mixed spices. Fry for a few minutes.
• Add water and bring the mixture to a boil.
• Lower the heat, cover the pan and simmer for 1 hour, till the meat turns tender.
• In another large saucepan, pour yoghurt and add egg, corn flour and salt.
• Bring the contents to a boil, stirring continuously and lower the heat.
• Add in the cooked meat, along with the sauce to the yoghurt mixture. Simmer for 10 minutes.
• Heat butter in another pan.
• Add garlic and mint and fry for 1 minute.
• Pout this over the yoghurt.
• Serve hot with rice.

Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 16 Chicken Wings
• 2 tbsp Flat-leaf Parsley, chopped
• 1 Lemon Juice
• Salt, to taste
• Black Pepper, to taste
• 4 Garlic Cloves, crushed

How to make Jawaneh:
• Take a large bowl and mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and crushed garlic in it.
• Put chicken wings in it, cover it with plastic wrap and keep it in refrigerator for an hour.
• After an hour, remove chicken wings from it and keep on a piece of foil, in the baking tray.
• Cook it in a preheated broiler for 7 minutes, turning the wings upside-down once.
• Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley.

Ingredients:
• 200 g Beef (best sheep meat, better with its bones, just cut into square pieces)
• 1 Onion (chopped)
• ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
• 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
• ¼ tsp Fennel Seed Powder
• A pinch of Mixed Spices
• 1 cup Rice (American/ Basmati)
• 1 large Potato
• 1 large Eggplant
• ½ medium Cauliflower
• Salt (to taste)
• Oil (for frying)

How to make Makloubeh:
• Place a large pot on fire and add water.
• Place the meat in the water and boil it.
• On boiling, add the chopped onion, black pepper, cinnamon, fennel and mixed spices.
• Cook it on medium heat, for one and half hours.
• Peel the eggplant and potato and slice them.
• Cut the cauliflower into medium pieces.
• Sprinkle some salt on the vegetables.
• Place a kadai on fire and heat some oil.
• Fry the eggplant and cauliflower, till only half done.
• Wash the rice well.
• Once the meat is done, place a clean pot on fire.
• Place the ingredients in this order: potatoes, meat, eggplant, cauliflower and rice. Finally, spread a small spoon of salt on the rice.
• Pour in water to cover the ingredients and go about a centimeter above the rice.
• Cook on high flame and when the extra water has evaporated, simmer the heat and cook for 15 minutes, covered.
• Flip it in a big round dish and serve with plain yoghurt and tomato and cucumber salad.
