• 2½ cups Chicken Cubes (skinless & boneless)
• 1 tbsp Butter
• 1 Bay Leaf
• 2 (1-inch) Cinnamon Sticks
• ¼ tsp Cloves
• 2 Cardamoms
• 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
• 1 cup Chicken Broth
• ½ cup Milk
• 1 cup Onions (chopped finely)
• 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
• 4 tbsp Tomato Paste
• ½ tsp Sugar
• ¼ cup Almond Paste
• ¼ cup salted Cashews (fried and chopped coarsely)
• 1 tbsp Cilantro (chopped)
How to make Almond Cashew Chicken:
• Combine flour, curry powder, salt, and pepper together in a large plate.
• Roll the chicken cubes into the flour mixture and coat properly. Reserve the remaining flour.
• Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the chicken cubes until tender and golden brown. Shift into a platter.
• Heat oil in the same pan and fry bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, and cardamom.
• Add onions and fry until light golden.
• Stir in ginger-garlic paste, almond paste, and tomato paste.
• Add chicken broth, chicken cubes, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer on low heat for 7-8 minutes.
• Combine the milk with the reserved flour and sugar. Add to the pan and mix well.
• Bring to a boil and simmer until the gravy thickens.
• Remove from heat and discard bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, and cardamom.
• Sprinkle cashews and cilantro.
• Serve hot with chapattis.

How to make Chicken Chop Suey:
• Heat oil in a pan and add chicken pieces to it.
• Fry till chicken gets cooked and remove the pieces from oil.
• Now fry chopped onions, celery, cabbage, ginger and beans in the same oil.
• Add cooked chicken to the fried vegetables.
• Cook it over medium heat till it turns soft.
• Add soy sauce, cornstarch, a little water and a pinch of pepper to thicken the consistency.
• Simmer over low flame for 1 minute.
• Chicken Chop Suey is ready to eat. Serve with boiled rice.

• Take a deep pan and boil 4 cups of water and 2 tbsp of oil in it.
• When the water starts boiling, add noodles and salt to it and stir occasionally.
• Cook the noodles until parboiled and drain well.
• Now, take a clean piece of cloth and spread the noodles over it. Let them dry for 2- 3 hours.
• Now, take a frying pan and heat oil in it, over medium flame.
• Fry noodles in it, in batches, until they get golden-brown in color.
• Remove and drain the noodles on an absorbent paper. Repeat the process until all your noodles are cooked. Use them as toppings in soup.

How to make Chilli Chicken:
• For at least four hours, soak the boneless chicken pieces in white vinegar.
• Make a smooth batter of the corn flour and water.
• Take the soaked chicken pieces out of the vinegar.
• Dip them in corn flour batter and fry till it turns golden brown.
• In a non-stick pan, heat 1/ 2 teaspoons of refined oil.
• Add caramelized sugar and add the sliced garlic.
• Add the fried chicken pieces.
• Add all the sauces (soya, chilli, tomato) one by one.
• Cook the whole thing for 5- 10 minutes.
• Add the slitted green chillies over the preparation.
